Returns Policy
All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of the original shipment date. After this period, only the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
Before returning any products, please contact us on +353 (46) 907 8900 or email info@gravitation.ie to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.
All returned items must be in as-new condition, complete with all manuals, accessories, components, and original packaging. A 15% restocking fee may apply at our discretion for returns or refunds. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method when sending items back to us.
Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all Gravitation products are supplied with a Return to Base warranty. This means that return shipping costs to Gravitation are the customer’s responsibility. Reimbursement for these costs is at our discretion.
We do offer on-site support in certain cases, though this is not included as standard and may incur an additional fee. This is considered part of our White Glove Service offering.
Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in workmanship only. Damage due to misuse or general wear and tear is not covered.
Extended Warranty & Service Plans
To further protect your investment, we offer extended service plans designed to prolong the working life of your equipment. These are available for an additional fee – please contact us for pricing and details.
